All products available for purchase are physically in our warehouse and ready for shipment. If a product or variant cannot be added to your cart, it means that it is currently out of stock.

We always prioritize quality, and if we’ve made a mistake in manufacturing or assembly, we will repair or replace the defective product free of charge.

If you notice any issues with your product that may be eligible for the lifetime warranty, please send an email to shop@blackfolium.com with the following information:

  • Order Number
  • Product Name / Color / Variant
  • Production date or batch number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • A photo clearly showing the described issue

Please Note: The warranty does not cover damages caused by improper use, negligence, or normal wear and tear. It also does not cover damages such as bullet or shrapnel holes, stabs, cuts, abrasions, burns, or melting due to exposure to flames or heat sources. Any modification or alteration made to the product by the user will void the warranty.
