Shipping
Stock Availability: The products available on the website are actually available in our warehouse 99% of the time. If an item is unavailable, we will contact the customer to find the best solution.
Handling Time: Orders received are grouped and shipped on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 9:00 AM (UTC+1). Any orders received after 9:00 AM on these days will be shipped on the next scheduled shipping day. Any changes to the address or order contents must be submitted before the 9:00 AM cut-off. Requests received after the package has been shipped cannot be accommodated.
Incoterms: All orders will be processed as DAP Incoterms (Delivered At Place): it means that the seller is only responsible for the shipping. The Extra-EU customers are responsible for paying any import costs to the shipping carrier, such as VAT, duties and clearing fees, upon delivery.
Costs: Shipping costs are determined and shown during the checkout process, based on your shipping address.
Free Shipping: We offer free shipping based on the total amount of the order. For more information, check the summary table below. NOTE: The free shipping discount is not cumulative with the 10% discount of military/LE accounts.
